HOUSE RULES VALID FOR ALL THE APPARTMENTS

  • Notice: 1 day
  • Minimum stay: 2 nights
  • Maximum stay: 20 nights
  • Suitable for children from 2 to 12 years
  • Suitable for babies
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Smoking is not allowed
  • No parties or events are allowed
  • Check-in time: 14:00 hrs – 22:00 hrs
  • Check-out within 10:00 hrs

A co-host will be present at the check-in, will provide guests with all the information for their stay in Naples and will deliver the apartment key (please note only one set of key will be delivered).

At the time of booking, we are asking our guests to declare the exact number of persons (that have to correspond at the time of Check In).

On arrival all Guests have to present appropriate identity documents/passports and pay the tourist tax of 3€ per person per night (from 14 years old and upto max 14 night) in cash – Checks and credit card are not accepted.

It is forbidden to introduce guest(s) that have not been previously declared, causing the expulsion from the apartments.

All underage person must be accompanied by adults.

Check- in: from 14.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs. After 22.00 hrs an extra cost 25.00 € to be applied. The new timetable to be communicated and accepted by the Owner .
Extra Check in: in case of an extra Check In (to be advised and communicated in advance) due to different time of arrival of guests, an extra cost of 25 € to be applied.

Check out: within 10.00 hrs am.

We kindly ask our guests to inform in advance about the arrival time and same to be observed. In case of any delay, guests to inform about new time arrival to the host, otherwise we are not able to guarantee the key delivery in time.

The host is not responsible for any subtraction of objects.

It is highly forbidden to smoke, get drunk, use of drugs, scream, play football or allow children to use appliances without the adult’s supervision.

We can provide a charged shuttle service from airports and touristic tours.
Guests can buy Naples passes to get discount for museums, public transport, restaurants.

We do not provide breakfast nor coffee etc.
